Simple Meat & Cheese Platter

I love hosting parties at our home, but when it comes to preparing - I like to spend the night 70/30 - 70% hanging out with friends and family and 30% getting ready. That's why I was so happy with how that this simple meat and cheese platter turned out.

I was able to pick up everything I needed from Aldi, except for the meat, which came from the deer Beard got this year. Aldi did have some good meat options, though, if you don't have venison beer sticks laying around in your freezer.

You will need:
Venison Beer Sticks (Thanks, Beard!)
Downloadable Food Markers

All I did was cut up the cheese and beer sticks, add some crackers - and garnish with group of grapes in the center! I decided to not cube the cheese, because honestly, isn't it kinda hard to make little cheese and cracker sammiches when the cheese is cubed?

What about you guys? How do you set up meat and cheese platters when you have parties at your house? I love how versatile this simple offering can be. You can make it your own so easily!
