This simple shrimp and pasta dish is perfect for summer! I can whip it up in about 20 minutes and since it's a cold pasta dish, leftovers taste wonderful! This recipe is extremely low maintenance and is a "season to taste" for almost all of the ingredients.
Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp
Angle Hair Pasta (uncooked) - 4 oz
Cooked Shrimp (thawed)
Garlic Powder or Flakes
Salt & Pepper
Red Pepper Flakes
Cook and drain pasta. Let cool while you prep your shrimp. Mix pasta, shrimp, oil and spices together in bowl. Serves 2.
